The Diamond Life™ is designed to fit your lifestyle. You can do the activities any time of day from your smartphone or computer. The time commitment is about 15 minutes per day, and it's okay if you occasionally miss days, travel, or go on vacation.
Is this a weight-loss program? If so, how much will I lose?
Our goal is to help you lead a healthier, more energetic life. Weight-loss is just one of the many benefits of the program. The average member loses at least 5% of their body weight after 120 days. Your individual results will vary. We try to set expectations around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. Many clients lose faster than that, but everyone is different.
How does the wireless scale work?
The wireless scale you’ll get is incredibly easy to setup and use. Just pop in batteries, easily connect to the app, and your daily weight-loss progress will be sent automatically to The Diamond Life™. That’s it. Your coach then uses this data to optimize your program for the best results.
What type of food will I eat?
During a welcome phone call, your coach will help personalize a nutrition plan that's perfect for you. (No, we don't sell any supplements or shakes). Your nutrition plan is a new way of eating long-term that leads to controlled blood glucose, sustainable weight loss, and lasting improvements in your health. We will help you replace sugars and other refined carbohydrates with healthier alternatives. Meals are generally based around fresh foods with protein, vegetables, and healthy fats. It’s not a Diet. It’s not meal delivery. It’s a mindset.
I have an injury that keeps me from exercising. Will this program work for me?
